I have always been into cleansing! And I enjoy it!
Fasting on the other hand? It does take practice! I have tried it from time to time maybe for about a day or two? And I do notice the difference in my energy. When it's done RIGHT!
But there are so many different methods!? And so many different ways of doing it? Especially when you go into different countries! Like India and Pakistan and places like that.
Some yoga studios are into it and they have their own method modified for each Studio or each an individual person? How they talk about certain poses and breathing exercises that you can use along with your practice! And I do know that at this time of year! Especially after the holidays and after the first full moon of spring! A lot of us have a tendency to want to build up our energy! And to cleanse ourselves mentally and spiritually from the inside out of unhealthy things! Cleaning out our Aura and our chakra system! Getting rid of the unnecessary! I consider that very important to me! Especially with all the negative things that I've been through dealing with people on the job site! And dealing with social media we end up with a lot of unwanted attachments on our aura! Burrowing it's way through your aura and into your chakra system causing all different kinds of problems along with it bringing the stress that these other people bring out! We bring that stuff home and don't realize how it's affecting us! As individuals bringing it home to the family and those you care about! Has a way of messing up the energy levels in your home! And throws you off track! Especially this time of year when it comes to seasonal depression/ allergies! And how it affects your diet whether you're trying to gain weight or lose weight! And I am somebody who gets a bit eccentric. And moody this time of year! Especially when I talk about very little time! When I can make time and I can adjust things and work things out! It's just having the time to sit with the notebook and a pencil and put things together the way you want it and to be able to have time for the things that you want to do and the things that you need to do? There's always time for business and there's always time for pleasure! And it is how we run the ship and how we organize things and how we carry ourselves! And then again it depends on the type of people we deal with how their energies combined and work with us whether they are negative or positive? There are some things that you need to consider? When it comes to cleansing! And being able to put things right for yourself! And this time of year! With all the negativity that people dish out and all of the possibilities and the things that you want to do! You want to be able to enjoy yourself and work out your own problems!
