I spoke somewhere else about flowing into other dimensions through relaxation. Another way we can transcend and experience other dimensions is by enlightenment, the crown charka is the key here.

intrestingly , i have have been experiencing , the memories of myself in other realities , and this has been happening since a few years now , i dont get dreams , at all , but when i do , those dreams arent any fantasy or anything weird , its about my living day and what all happens in that day. And then when i wake up , the exact or almost similar things happen in the day , like falling of a glass plate , or seeing someone , or sudden plans , stuff that ive seen in my dream happens in reality , just that since im conscious rn , i sometimes tend to do the things opposite to what i did in the dream ( intentionally to see what happens ) And these dreams like they dont come daily , as i said i remember every dream ive dreamt , i can say i dream like 3-5 times a month. other than that i dont get any dreams , its just go to sleep , bam - wake up.

Other than this , i almost keep getting constant Deja-vus , by as in in the wordings of people , like i know what there gonna say before they say it , and sometimes i realise it consciously after they say it , so like if i describle this more intricately its like the moment someone said the sentence that i knew they were gonna say , not just the sentence , but the atmosphere around me , the time of the day , the setting of the room , my clothes , their stance , its exactly clicks to how i had seen in pasts dreams.

so yeah this keeps happening , most people wont believe , it neither does my family , and im not suprised that they dont believe it . so Anyways i dont share stuff like this , but since your talking about flowing in other dimensions , just know this kind of experience that im having is also possible for you to happen as well

( i had this since childhood but i could never make sense of it , and ignored it )

but thankfully , ive been able to save myself from real life road accidents , that have occurred . Like once my family and i were supposed to go on a road trip , and we were supposed to pass via a sea-link , i purposely rushed the trip as in , lets leave quickly and come back quickly before the night falls , we came home back safely . the next day on the news , 2 cars had crashed in the sealink at around 12am , with the death of 2 passengers. [ there is a possibility that the crash couldnt have been us , or we wouldnt have been affected , by the crash even if it happened infront of us , but still its better to be safe , than assume things. anything is possible ]

So yeah it helps , meditations make my dreams more real like and accurate.
