Energy surge/flow in spine from crown chakra to base charka. Why is it flowing downwards?

Most of the time when I clean my aura and chakras, I have this pleasurable energy surge/flow that runs down to base chakra from crown chakra, what does this mean?
This surge/flow takes place when I start cleaning and empowering my Crown and Sixth chakra, and it goes from my head to the spine and through the spin all the way down to my base chakra(very pleasurable to me).

This has been happening from many months but I did not bother to ask until recently I realized shouldn't this surge go upwards? Like the two Serpents ascending? Like energy stimulating the Kundalini? Why is this going downwards?

Also, what is described in this thread by mercury_wisdom https://ancient-forums.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=57769, that same thing has happened to me 3 or 4 times in 2021 but not everyday. Can the Kundalini get deactivated if not enough attention is given to it through meditation and yoga?

This is normal. The energy from the crown descends into the lower body. When this happens do try amplify and focus on it. Later after enough experience, you can will the energy to descend and it will pour. This type of energy is opposite that of the base and serpentine. This means you are advancing, good job!

The Kundalini can back of in time. This doesn't mean progress is not made. There are stages when the kundalini is absent, only to appear again for another "round" until permanence is acquired. In these glimpses of pause you should expand your capacities of intake and try understand deeper everything. The Serpent always comes with wisdom of some kind or a lesson, which should be understood and conquered.

I do focus on and try to intensify/amplify the surge/flow. The more I focus on it, the better it feels. It's simply amazing.
