(After my following answer I kindly ask you if you can tell me if you still have any doubts)
I was talking about the cleansing of the soul in general and its importance, not a precise measure of how much you cleanse yourself.
My point was about cleaning yourself every day regularly. Not how much you clean yourself. Doing daily cleaning meditations is very good.
Am I doing something wrong? Is it supposed to feel bad/hurt? Am I not cleaning properly/enough? I feel rrly good though, so idk... I'm experiencing such fast progression without backlash that I don't rrly want to stop unless I'm doing something dangerous, detrimental, or outright stupid.
You are not doing dangerous things and nothing could harm you, I was talking to you about cleanliness at the level of taking into consideration how fundamental it is in the spiritual path. You yourself tell me that you are not having any backlash. Continue calmly without interrupting anything, it is very important.
I will refer to witches' sabbats in my answer, you can find information about them here:
Everyone here is familiar with the "Witches Sabbath" and how this was applied in the Middle Ages by witches to do spellworking and other secretive rites. The "Witches Sabbath" is a very classical date for witches for centuries now. Regardless of the above information online, there is a lot of...

Don't be anxious and worried. My advice was to simply dedicate yourself to cleansing, but if you wait to start perhaps during the witches' sabbat to have better effects it's your choice, I'm glad you don't have any repercussions.
I personally clean myself even if I didn't start on a specific power day; then when there is a witches' sabbat, I will deepen the cleaning. But it depends on how you feel. This is why the journey is personal.
What I can advise you is to consider the idea of cleansing yourself every day (the cleansing of the aura and chakras is the essential basis of every meditation program) and perhaps on the power dates of the witches' sabbats, intensify the cleansing for a cycle of days that is convenient for you (for example starting a cleansing work with the solar mantra Surya for one cycle).
In the sermon I linked you it is explained better. But it's your choice and I can only advise you on it, it's not something that should make you worried.
Simply, every day you can cleanse your soul and on witches' sabbats you can start cycles of more intense cleansing. That's all. Just consider it as if it were an idea.
but whenever I clean or do FRTR's I don't feel much negativity. There's a slight feeling of dirt, but it mostly just feel's like I'm taking a "shower" for my soul, so to speak
Personally these things give me a sense of bliss. The bliss of FRTR is really strong. Consider that when I did my first FRTR I was in a period in which I was (stupidly) always worried about "not doing things right" (the stupidest fear you can have in spirituality), the only thing I was sure of doing correctly is the FRTR because I felt very deep bliss, a sign that it was really working.
It is actually very useful to free the Gentile soul from Jewish curses so it is clear why I feel bliss when doing the FRTR, it is quite unmistakable. Let's say that this kind of things are part of the work to remove dirt from our souls, like when after training in the gym, we take a shower and instead of feeling sweaty, we feel really clean.
(I think that after sending you this reply to the topic I will go and do an FRTR, talking about it made me want to do it hahaha)
"Taking a shower" is exactly how I would compare the cleansing of the soul. As you said.
However I do occasionally experience psychic attack's, especially this annoying vibration wave/beam thing
I have not been able to figure out what kind of psychic attack you think you are experiencing. If you can describe your experience better I or someone on the forum might be able to help you more accurately.
