Usually after I am finished meditating, specifically after doing cleaning first and then protection, I experience this intense feeling of peace. It feels so good sometimes I have the tendency to cry. I usually feel stressed because of some things on my life and I can get emotional easily. But this feeling of peace is very unprecedented.
Even if I occasionally doubt if even I'm doing the meditation correctly, I can still feel it after I'm done. It can be fleeting sometimes though and last for five minutes, but sometimes it lasts throughout the entire day.
Another thing is, I usually also see these unexpected, unusual blots of color that flash in my vision, sometimes in the center where I can properly see them, sometimes in my periphery,. It's like little or big sparkles of light that suddenly flash, and they usually have a very weird color that I can't quite explain... its something between purple, black and green...sometimes they have different colors, sometimes not at all and they are just white light. I see them often, even when I'm doing nothing. They get more intense when I meditate however.
On the first time I started to use THAUM to open my third eye I was inside a dark room and my eyes were closed, I saw these very bright flashes of light, imagine you are closing your eyes in front of the paparazzi... like that.
I dont feel scared from these experiences. But, I still want to know if anyone has had similar experiences, and what could these mean?
