I haven't seen a good topic about eczema being made before so here is my experience, Please give advice if you are knowledgeable.
I am struggling with eczema on my hands specifically on and in between my fingers. It looks like inflamed, red cracky patches on my fingers. They have small circular bumps on them. It varies, sometimes looking like super dry skin, rough to the touch, opening and bleeding. Other times the bumps get inflamed and they ooze a sticky transparent semi yellow liquid (it is not puss, there's no infection). Then it becomes itchier. The patches are 3d, in relief.
I haven't noticed them in a year, but they came back during winter. The pattern, so to say, changes by the minute. It is very reactive to what gets on my hands. Before writing this topic I had a swollen patch of about 3 cm on my ring finger, dry and red, so dry that white lines were showing on my skin . Now that patch is gone. But the area still feels rough.
As a girl it's unappealing as it looks like I'm not taking care of my hands.
I've noticed that licking them makes the area feel better, while picking them always does worse. Sometimes cold water soothes them, sometimes mild warm water does. Do you know what else I could put on them? What causes this?
I have to note that I'm also treating acne and dandruff (I read it can be related to dandruff), and that sometimes skin on my jaw bone and eye corner becomes flaky. Is this also eczema?
