Okay, I woke up this morning and an hour later I felt incredibly cold and hungry. It wasn't a normal feeling of being hungry.

I ate everything in sight, I didn't care how it tasted or what it was. I ate it desperately and then I felt terrible.

A person can't eat that much, even if you have the biggest appetite, you can't eat it all at once. I didn't even sit down while eating these, I was standing up and I ate a lot of it in about twenty minutes.

I'm ashamed to write what they were and how much they were. But rest assured, it was more than a young girl who is 164 cm tall and weighs 37 kilos could eat. Besides, I had been eating enough for a month.

I couldn't stand it and went to the bathroom and made myself throw up. What if I get bulimia after anorexia?

I don't think there is a problem, you said you weigh 36 kg and in the past months you have sometimes spent days with 1 apple. It is normal for your stomach to have this reaction. When you eat a little bit of food, of course, this is normal. And I'm sure I can eat 3 times as much as you eat in an average meal.

You are just very confused. I've been gaining and losing weight very fast all my life and I've had stomach problems (I've never been thin like you, a man can't weigh 40 kilos). You want to gain weight in a healthy way, give yourself a few months, you will be healthy again.

And you are Turkish... Of course, when you see our food, like every human being, you have an appetite... Joking aside, have you thought about joining a fitness center, you can find a good place for 1000 ytl per month. You gain a healthy percentage of fat. Your body needs to be strong.

Be strong. Keep your mind positive.

it's normal to feel hungry after waking up. next time let yourself have some tea first then eat some eggs. take things slow don't force yourself to throw up. that will only cause your body more problems as your robbing your body of calories. Also like anorexia bulimia is also a mindset and not just about throwing up after eating. so you need to work on reprogramming your mindset to being positvie about food and how you see yourself. I suggest you meditate and if you can hear your GD or not either way ask them to point you to materials that will help you with this issue and keep an open mind to their answer. it could be a group in your area, a book, an article, anything. but please stop making yourself throw up thats a number one thing. and what ever amount of food it was you ate it doesn't matter in reguards to your weight that doesn't make and sense- i may have misunderstood your wording- but you were hungry and you ate so it's no big deal. eat when your hungry that what hunger is for.
I hope this helps.
