I feel like I can do it... With just enough motivation. Its not world shattering doubt.
Like kind of like void meditation, but like an itch is trying to distract you. So not too hard.
It is one thing wanting to do something, and another being capable of doing something. You are still a beginner in the areas of controlling your mind and working with magick (awareness). The smart move would have been to choose the mantra as a working from the get-go which means you would be on the fourth week of working at this moment instead of having doubts and issues related to emotional control and thus having to scrap the progress twice...
It might not be a world-shattering doubt, I agree, but here you are asking about the issue and having a stall in progress. There has to be confidence and willpower, not mere motivation. Motivation can act as a good stepping stone, but discipline is the result-bringer.
Regarding confidence. It comes as a result of practice while acquiring theoretical knowledge acts as a cornerstone. Preparation before action. And yes, mistakes happen and are allowed. Yet, at the same time, would it not be best to minimize them?
Other than planetary mantras, there exist also layers of other venues for personal development. Perhaps not as flashy and alluring for a newbie, but equally as important, if not more important, considering the dire need for the structure of construction and confidence as a result of knowing what and when to do. Without a foundation, it is not possible to build a lasting structure.
Food for thought.
