I admire your endeavours for the JoS and the persons you are today.

I am still reading and re-reading old posts of yours which are gold, I never stop learning from you and the High Priests/Priestesses.

My question for you is, how do you balance it all? I found some kind of balance that I am building on but I would love to hear more about it from you, the people who took this to the highest levels.

How do you do it all? Studying your own field, having a job, advancing spiritually, advancing physically, advancing in knowledge, coordinating and working on projects for the JoS.

I would love to hear about what is your personal or broader approach regarding this so we can all learn from it.

I personally did workings for free time in the beginning because I only had like three hours total to do anything JoS related. After that I was patient and eventually now I have the ability to dedicate a lot of time to JoS. Something to consider is ensuring you always have some flex room in your schedule, in case something unexpected happens or IRL suddenly gets in the way. So you can keep a list of things you need to get done, and hold yourself to do as much as possible to that list for the day. If you finish everything, good, take some time and relax and get ready for the next day.
