Daemon Ritual - Exhaustion

I am on day two of working with Lord Valefor for a health issue.

Does anyone have an idea why a daemon ritual, which is supposed to be empowering, is exhausting me at the end of it?

I think it is for similar reasons as to why deep purification is also tiring.

It is similar to how you train your muscles, or even train your mind by studying, and feel tired, yet are better off afterwards. You are spending energy build yourself upwards on the path of advancement.

You should take some time to raise energy strictly for empowerment/recharging before or after. On the same note, you can empower yourself all day, but this would not give the same benefit as the Gods' rituals. That is why both should be done, ideally.

It is WORKING and healing the issue you do it for. The God works with you on this and the energy does what is supposed to do. Rest plenty, have good food and water and continue.
