Mm... I'm sorta conflicted between cultures. Not sure which to follow if its wise to follow other culture.

I do not mean mixing race.

I speak of living and the ancient times how they lived and such.

Thanks

What do you mean? Culture is something that you don't really pick one or the other for the sake of it. Rather, it is continually evolving based on what people want (for better or worse). For example, the culture here at JOS is "Modern Satanist", which uniquely embodies the life of a Satanic soul trying to fight their way through clownworld, whilst still living within it.

And if you are attracted to various things from the ancient past, then it is fine to incorporate those into your life, safely. However, I wouldn't go out of my way to adopt a strange lifestyle just for the sake of identity. This is for the above reason, where we should be comfortable with what we currently want and choose to do.

That I understand, though what I mean is.
Ancient Egypt. Vs Ancient Japan their way of living and style.
One of the reason i ask is because I'm also looking at the art and craft world and how some is different in ways but i also know that there is differences in much in it.

While I am asking this too, mind also giving me more info on the Native Americans?.
See there live style and culture doesn't interest me. However it does my GF.

Thank you

Personally I do not deliberately follow any specific cultural ways of life. I live how I desire and how I enjoy living my life.

If some habits, activities or other things I do correlate to specific cultures, it is not because I deliberately choose to follow those ways, but because it pleases me and feels right for me to do certain things in certain ways, because it works for me and suits my soul and personality.

What is important here is to learn about yourself and live life while stepping into your own.

Morality is much more important than culture, for culture many souls lived during different times and in different places. We have experienced many different societies, cultural habits and influences.

The things that resonate with you often stick with you and you may have some subconscious attraction to these in this life even if it has little relation with the national culture of your place of birth or residence in this life.

As for morality, the prevailing beliefs and ways of life that Spiritual Satanism and the Gods try to teach us are very important, unlike culture these are matters that apply universally to all followers of the Gods and should have less variance from person to person, we should all agree with this sense of morality to similar degrees.

I emphasize that because there are numerous cultural norms in different times and places that are absolutely incompatible with Spiritual Satanic life, or even at odds, so these should be rejected regardless of ones interests or cultural background before coming to Spiritual Satanism.

Thank you for the reply. I feel a little more comfy now on it. Just need to adjust which is the hard part for I need to see where is my pull.

That will come with self realization. The new introspection meditations that are in the works will be of great help there for everyone.

The one HPHoodedCobra wrote about recently can also help with this already.

Yeah I saw that one. Will need to look at it again and work with it.

Thanks
