Hello. What crypto exchange platform do you folks from Europe use?

I recently found out that Binance doesn't accept euros (actually, it doesn't accept European debit cards). I read about a certain method to buy directly from your bank account, but I don't like how complicated this becomes.

I'm interested in any crypto platform from where I can buy with a European debit card and where the fees aren't skyrocket high.
I will also wish to withdraw (if my investments are profitable), so it's important that withdraw rates aren't skyrocket high either.

How is a bank transfer complicated though?

The steps:

Have a set of banking information.

Either copy-paste or write these details into 4 to 6 fields and press 'enter'.

Now you wait.

Once the waiting is over you receive money on your account that you can use to buy whatever you can buy on that platform.

And if you are looking for a reputable crypto exchange use a keyword such as 'cryptocurrency exchange' or similar and you'll receive many results. None of the big players are going to swindle your transaction, but I would not give responsible advice if I did not warn to about holding funds in their service (don't hold your funds in someone else's wallet, it's not yours).

I used Kraken to buy crypto from Europe, put in the money through Revolut, sent it to a Trust wallet and from the wallet to JoS. Worked splendidly every time and for different cryptos.

so all exchanges that deal with fiat currency, use KYC.

if you dont want to do KYC, use localmonero or localbitcoin, as Aquarius said

KRAKEN I think u can use euros

afterwards, once you have your entry crypto, I would suggest checking out

there are lots of private cryptos on there - one is called DERO - has anyone else looked into DERO before ?

Satanama

localmonero.co
But this website allows to buy/sell only the monero coin, and nothing else. I want a variety.

Perhaps, a bank transfer feels more... "direct/less safe" to me. :/

I just checked the reviews on Kraken, and oh dear... if I'd ever need help/customer support, I would have a very difficult time. :/

Folks, I hope I won't sound unreasonable with my arguments above.
Actually, your suggestions are GREAT for donating to JoS.
I think I will use Monero for the donations.

However, I also want to invest for myself, and I want to experiment with the coins I want to buy.

Kraken sounds ideal, but the reviews are so bad, I hesitate. :/

By the way, I'm trying Kraken now, and it says that the minimum amount I can buy is 10 euros. Exodus wallet has a similar thing with 30 euros minimum amount you can buy (in ANY coin).

What if I want to experiment with buying 4 euros of an X coin and then 3 euros of another X coin?

once you have your bitcoin or Monero, really its no KYC, and where are all the private cryptos are... check out DERO..... everyone should check out DERO

Due to Know Your Customer regulations (KYC) and your purchases from regulated exchanges this does not make any difference. Actually, due to regulations, this option is very safe.

If you decide to purchase from such an exchange as it seems to be, go ahead and simply choose one of the larger ones. Kraken was mentioned and is just fine. Others are fine too.

If you decide to go another route, here is a list of other choices. https://kycnot.me/
