Hello brothers and sisters,

I saw a thread here talking about combining Asanas with Chakra meditation in order to become for effective.

Can anyone confirm if this truly makes the meditions more effective?

It does, but personally I prefer Mudras for Chakra Meditations.

It’s absolutely more effective to work with your energies (Chakra meditation) after you make them rise with Asanas.

Asanas build power while Chakra work uses it to transform your soul.

If you mean this 👆 than yes, it is much more effective when combined. If you mean spinning the chakras while holding those positions it is also very powerful but I haven't got a lot of experience with the latter technique so someone else will have to weigh in.

Could you be a bit more specific? And thank you for an idea you gave me. I'd like to try different positions and motion combinations while spinning and vibrating simultaneously. It should be a matter of finding the right ones.

I suspect that some danger lies in certain combinations that might be incompatible and I don't want to promote potentially harmful practices so... be careful and consult more knowledgeable brothers and sisters.

Take the bow Asana for example.
I attended a hatha yoga course designed by sadhguru. It was instructed that a 'cushion of air' should be maintained at the stomach location during the Asana to protect the organs. In this picture, no such things are mentioned. I think it would be more trusted if it is reviewed by someone with more knowledge about the human system.
