Hi, all.

I have had to reinstall this programme, and I checked on google for my latitude and longitude. Realising the programme asks for it in degrees and minutes, I googled and tried http://dateandtime.info/citycoordinates.php. I then decided to check on the site which ChronosXP recommends, which is on https://www.astro.com/atlas, and the results on both datandtime and astro are not 100% the same.

Could someone give me a couple of tips for this?

Google your city's coordinates or the one i did, just turn on your phones gps and start surffing sites that tells your coordinates. But be sure to use your phones internet(im not a english speark but i think its called mobile data), if you dont you would get your ISP's coordinates.

yeah i also googled it for my town, and then i checked it out on like 3-4 pages to see if those are the same everywhere, so that i dont make any mistake

Chronos XP is great. I loved it when I used Windows.

As soon as I become a little bit more proficient in coding, I will write planetary hours app for Linux and Mac. I am noticing there aren't any of those. For example, app can work in menu bar, and show symbol for given planetary hour. When you click on it, it will show you current hour, when did it begin and when it will end, and what is the next hour. It will be free, and ad free, of course.

That sounds like a great idea. I don't want to get your hopes up, but it might be available in Azazel's Marketplace, if you ask to promote it there.

I don't suppose you could recommend some excellent sites/eBooks to learn coding, could you? That is something I have been wanting to do for ages. I know basic HTML (and BBCode!), but I'd like to get into hardcore computer programming.

I might be misunderstanding but you could try checking multiple sources and using the latitude/longitude that comes up the most (the mode).

Yeah, that's what I tried but it might have been an ISP problem.

I am currently learning Python through Codecademy, then I intend on learning Java. Whenever I have something I don't understand, I usually turn to forums where I find someone who can help me.
