I don't honestly know, but as a mongolian, i have not positive views of him. He further advanced with the chinese militaristic imperialism, which gave rise to communism in its neighboring countries and even in china itself. He was never on the level of the japanese and korean leaders, not to mention the Fuhrer or emperor Shouwa/Hitohiro
