Lately, while I meditate on the chakras, they activate particular moods. For example, yesterday I wrote to a girl, in the meantime I forgot about it. Today, while I was meditating on the solar chakra, in the front extension I felt a sensation of "nervous" and I started thinking about this thing.
It has already happened to me that while I was not meditating, I felt emotions in the front chakras, for example, in the front extension of the sacral chakra I often feel sexual desire. Emotions in the throat and "openness and relationships" (I don't know how to explain it) in the chest chakra. But they were motivated by the circumstance.
Now it happens to me that if I just meditate on a chakra in the meantime, an emotional state is activated in the front extension. Not always connected to something that happens to me (for example, I felt an emotion in the throat that I didn't understand what it was due to while I was vibrating HAUM).
I also feel other strange things: when I vibrate ISIS in my third eye, in addition to feeling it active (as if it were opening and closing), I feel it "wet" (I swear, I don't know how else to explain it). Meditating on the pineal gland (so far without mantras, just inhaling and programming energy) makes me feel in ecstasy (at first it was almost imperceptible and I had to concentrate to feel it at least a little, now it's becoming difficult to do things because the ecstasy involves me so much).
Finally, an even more absurd thing is that I read a sermon on the Kundalini effects by HPS Maxine Dietrich, and I have exactly many of these symptoms. Before reading the sermon (which I'll link below) I had no idea what these sensations were due to (I thought they were health problems), but then... here it is:
(Note, I wasn't even looking for this sermon, I just stumbled upon it while looking for a thread to link to as a reply to a topic) I just want to know what I can do now, do I continue with the meditations regularly and is this okay?
Anyway no, I am not worried or scared about it at all. It is a natural process and if it happens it is only good news. A question that may seem stupid and not very advanced is: why do my Kundalini symptoms slowly increase with time, but my Kundalini has never risen (or at least not completely, I don't even know if it is rising, but obviously it hasn't risen completely), I know it is newbie to ask, but what should I expect in the next few years if I continue to meditate?
PS after HPS Lydia's sermon I'm "going hard" with Yoga. And while I'm doing the positions and vibrating the mantras, I actually feel a sense of deep lightness, especially in the area of the chakra corresponding to the stimulation of the asana I'm doing. It makes me feel good, honestly I'm still fighting for it to become a habit (while I do it I really like it and I feel good, but the problem is the act of starting). It happens with all the asanas I do if I vibrate the mantra corresponding to the chakra I'm stimulating with the asana in the meantime.

The Yogic Path to Enlightenment
There are different paths for spiritual advancement, not everyone is drawn to yoga. If what you are doing works for you, then keep with it. But if you feel the need for something more then I highly recommend yoga. It helps with not just spiritual advancement but also physical health, mental...
