Can we increase our life expectancy to 200 years or more?

I was thinking here, with meditation we can increase our life expectancies to 200, 300,400, 500 years, but how many lives will it take?

Expect for the people that are younger here at least to automatically live longer than normal human life span because of the removing of Jewish curses that was a lot of why it's so unnaturally short.

Maxine said that before the Jews came to the land, the life expectancy of Gentiles was 500 to 600 years, but with the Hebrew curses, poisoning of food, removal of spiritual knowledge, our life expectancy has decreased extremely, I hope one day to have that long life expectancy.

If one raises the kundalini serpent there can be another chance for longer life expectancy. So with proper diligence as Aquarius said, this life can be one that extends your lifespan. That also can give you more time to work on the Magnum Opus

I think both elixirs play a decisive role in this, and it is to be done in the SS path. There's no reason after let's say some decades of advancement to not acquire the level of this rebirthing cycle or expand at least the material sustenance. But you would have to also clean the soul and conquer your karma, as often death doesn't stand on a material reasoning all of the time but of a planetary decision.

So regardless of the actual technical opening and circulation of the bodies energies, the actual level to conduct your life force to sustenance would imply a very spiritual targeting and overcoming, such as cleaning the soul and gathering wisdom past the material necessity of "just increasing material sustenance".

Sure. I think it’s entirely possible, as are many other things that the greater society doesn’t allow itself to have. It’s going to depend on you and shifting thru subconscious crap/raising you’re level of power. Telekinesis, telepathy(easy to do), teleportation(possibly, I know bi location is pretty easy to get for some) pyrokinesis, all are attainable.
Easy? No, it’ll be hard to do. Mainly because if the ppl around you are polluted, that pollution can be “contagious”, and assuming you have to work with others and interact with society than it’ll increase the difficulty. It’s definitely do able though, I’ve seen good evidence for all of these. You really have to keep your intentions clear and constant though, to develop any of these to a great degree.
