Can my body sleep while I astral travel

Hi so can I let my body sleep while I astral travel so next day when I wake up, I wake up refreshed and well rested even though I was astral travelling whole night? Or does my astral body need rest too?

If I remember right Stormblood did mention, astral travel also takes energy while one sleeps, like every other spiritual process.
