Breaking Through

Hello brothers and sisters,

Last night when I was meditating, I had an urge to "break through". I could feel a pressure in my upper chakras that had a downward force. My GD was guiding me to pull myself downwards with the force of a whirlpool to go into deeper trance, and with that, the pressure slowly made its way down through my lower chakras and then started rising up again from the root chakra back up to the crown - none of this was intentional, all I was doing was trying to "break through".

I was told this is like a spiritual hymen that needs to be pierced. When the pressure hit my crown, I released it through the top of my head and was floating in what felt like space, black with white stars. After a few minutes in this space, I started to get a lot of visions, some of which were not very pleasant but I recognised they were coming from my own unconscious mind and proceeded to focus on the pressure instead.

I then intended for energy to flow upwards through the ida and pingala nadhis and kiss at the third eye. My motive for this was to empower my third eye to see the truth/reality surrounding my present experience. As soon as I did this, a strong wave of energy hit each chakra individually, from root to crown which subsided and left me floating in "space" again, although it felt much deeper and I could float off and leave my physical body behind if I had the will to - I did not.

My GD advised that I need to become familiar with these sensations, the pressure, moving the pressure through the chakras which connects male and females energies.

I'm posting this to get a reality check. Am I imagining this? Is this what spiritual advancement should look like? Or am I going off track?

You are not imagining anything, this is on par with reality and normality.

Good job!

Oh wow, this sounds like a similar experience to what I had a few years ago, though, mine was a lot more trippier. Can you give us more details about the experience? Did you have a body while floating in that black and white space? Did you feel any emotions at all?

It's almost like you auto-DMT'd yourself. You didn't "quite" do it as you would have seen lots of colors (in the dark) and eyeballs everywhere but where you ended up was similar to my experience (the black space with white stars).

You are not imagining things, this is what the soul can experience in the human body. Congratulations!

Consider these if you have not yet tried:

I have tried these in the past but did not get much out of it. Perhaps I was not in a deep enough trance to begin with. I will definitely revisit as they do seem very relevant to my GD's guidance, thanks.

Sure. In this space, I did not have a body, it was just my awareness. I was also aware of my physical body but as mentioned I felt like I could have left it behind and fully emersed in this space if I had the will. Not sure where that would have led me, or if I would have lost consciousness. The only emotion I felt was curiosity.

I did have a number of visions, including rippling snakes going upwards, eyes, pillars, random shapes and people. I ignored these as I did not see any value in them.

The most profound thing for me was the waves of energy that transcended through my chakras. I would not compare it to a drug trip, since I was in full control of the experience. I think the difference is, I probably would have been pulled into that space quite viciously if it was drug induced, along with all the unconscious manifestations.

How did your similar experience come about?

Mine just “happened”. Wasn’t trying to do anything either nor was I on any substances. I just remember my mind racing like a whirlwind then I turned to face left and BAM, I auto-DMT’d. It’s been so long, I can’t really recall much from the space I was in and the things I Can recall, it’s too personal to express it here.

These types of things happen differently to everyone and it’s really hard to get a good “grasp” of “what is normal” when one has such an experience. But since I’ve already been through it, I have zero interest in doing it again or pursuing it. It’s a valuable experience, don’t get me wrong but I believe that dwelling on such or focusing on doing it again is a “false path”. The reason why it is profound is that you are feeling the acceleration of energy flowing through you. Once you get used to that acceleration, you stop “feeling” it. So to me, one time auto-DMT is enough to “get the picture”.

It’s great to hear another person had a similar experience, but to anyone else reading this, I will say that this process will happen naturally when you powerlevel (or for those who are naturally talented, it will happen randomly).
