Bilocation with the astral body?

Is bilocation a siddhi?

I have had little success with astral projection over the years. But have experienced being in a normal state not in a trance, and also concious on the astral when meditating, with my astral body in another location, moving, hearing and seeing things.

I am curious if this is something written or mentioned somewhere as I haven't seen or heard too much about it.
