Best efficient way to restore 20/20

I would like advice on how to regain my eyesight. I have Myopia and a astigism in my left eye but my left eye sees clearer than my right eye at the moment.

I want to get rid of my dependency on glasses to properly enjoy life.

You could try a sun square for your eyesight. I would also try asking this is the SShealth group
