Balance Yoga Positions

The balance positions work by increasing concentration and attention, spatial perception and balancing the energetic polarities of bioelectricity.
They help clarify the flow of thoughts.
The most important teaching on a spiritual level of these Asanas (Positions) is the ability to maintain constant concentration while relaxing.
Learning to be attentive and relaxed is one of the essential conditions for accessing meditation and making it more powerful.

The experience and execution of these Yoga positions for balance gradually strengthen proprioception and concentration, the attention will be longer and more relaxed with greater openness but at the same time focused.
The following yoga balance positions are some of the best, it is not strictly necessary to perform them all but go by sensation based on which one best suits the physical self.

-Tree Pose (Vriksa Asana)
The Tree position is harmonizing, improves balance and attention, is useful for correcting some postural defects of the hips and knees, makes the way of walking more elegant thanks to greater rooting and elevation.

-Virabhadra Position (Virabhadra Asana)
The Virabhadra position increases the sense of balance, gives vigor and strength to the body especially the heart.

-King of Dancers Pose (Nataraja Asana)
the position of the King of Dancers has a great power to harmonize the psyche and the body, makes walking more elegant and refined, strengthens the legs and back.
