For the past few days, I have been practicing astral projection. It got to the point where my whole body started shaking, and I felt afraid. I have reached this point several times, and I cannot get past this stage. Please provide some advice

To go to the astral dimension, it is important to have an experience in the astral world so that you do not experience a shock effect.

During the meditation phase, you can experience influencing the astral world semi-consciously and even wandering around the astral world if you feel ready.

In this way you will recognize the energy of the astral and overcome your inner fear.
 
Stop being afraid and just let go; you are safe no matter what you’re doing.

I understand this blockage—it mostly stems from fear, fear of trying something new, something that may have never been done before. This is a strange experience at first, especially with astral projection. I believe you’re doing everything right, but when it comes to taking "the final leap," that’s where you get stuck.

Advice: Try to be more at ease. Learn to relax deeply. Practice breathing exercises to calm yourself before bed or when you're preparing for astral projection.

Make peace with the idea that everything is okay and will continue to be okay once you do this. You probably need to relax not only your body but your mind as well. This is a matter of perception and fear, which has nothing to do with your progress. Let go of the fear, and you’ll be fine. Trust yourself more.

I have found Robert Bruce's text “Treatise on Astral Projection” useful. I had found the Italian translation in the forum, but doing a web search I found a collection of various English texts on astral projection among which are Robert Bruce's. Here is the link:

Keep trying, keep your body relaxed and sooner or later you will succeed. Also try the rope technique or the yo-yo technique.
