If you are comfortable doing more than the beginner amounts, than do that, but be mindful of any fluctuations of energy. Keeping yourself balanced, like with alternate nose breathing, helps with this, but modify your routine so that it is not too much or too little, either.

Such obstacles can be due to karma or enemy attack. Just keep trying and this will clear in time. If there are severe obstacles, you can use a freeing working with Ansuz to permanently remove any obstacles to your spiritual advancement.

For your health, your first priority should be yoga. At a later date, you should plan working for improving health, like with Uruz, Sowilo, and/or Wunjo.

These needs to be cleaned, and anyone having these should do detachment working for all of their exs.

You should also find a partner same race as you. If you are mixed, than a similar mixed partner.

Although if she/he starts of as "being a Christian" but not really strong in his/her faith, than it can turn out to be good. I think you can't hide that you are a SS in front of your partner if it gets to be a serious relationship.

Maybe, but not until considerable advancement has occurred to us and many others. There was a passing from Satan in JoS about this, but I can't find it now. It stated that these things have to happen now, and the time to do things in a better way is eventually achievable.

1. How do I tell I am vibrating properly? (I sometimes feel like I'm trembling inside as I pronounce the rune, with a slight pressure on my chest, which I think it's a vibration, but I'm not completely sure.)
2. Do I have to focus on the sigil when vibrating at all times? (Occasionally, I close my eyes to better focus on either one or the other, which I do when I feel I can't keep up with both.)

You don't necessary need to feel the vibration inside yourself, as you are mostly giving that energy to the Demon. You need to focus the vibration on the sigil, if you feel the vibration inside you, that's perfectly fine too, just focus on the sigil. You don't have to memories the affirmations, its okay if you read them.

It's okay if you close your eyes sometimes, but I'll advise to visualize the demon in their fullest power at least, or your goals if you want to aim the ritual for a specific goal of yours.

I find it easier to meditate on the latter, does it matter which one I choose to focus on?
I also didn't know I could aim the ritual towards a specific goal of mine, I thought this was only to give Neberius my energy and that's about it . I'll see what I can do.

You don't necessary need to aim it towards a goal, you'll earn respect from them anyways, by doing the rituals for them. You give them, and than they give it back to you in some forms. They know what you need, so by doing these rituals, you can't go wrong.

Screenshots can be easily manipulated and created ad hoc. However, I remember a post of her from not too long ago where she mentioned she believes what is stated in these sermons, which speaks for its validity or, in another words, that she indeed held (or still holds) that belief.

However, that doesn't make her automatically right about it. I will always bow my head to her when it comes to spiritual knowledge, spiritual experience and other fields of knowledge, but not when it comes to this. And no scientific studies have been brought to me to show me otherwise. If anything, all scientific studies I've read in the last 16 years prove the opposite to me: that, while red hair can appear in mixed people, White people have always had it before mixing began. See the other topic for other statements on that, as this is not the right topic to discuss this.

You're free to believe whomever you want or do your own research to make up your mind either way. Neither you or anyone else will convince me otherwise, though, especially with my past lives memories also showing the opposite of what you guys are arguing.

Wow. I personally don't require such formal proof but others do and that's respectable. You must be very thorough! If someone wanted to debate you I bet you'd make strong arguments! I personally think JoS makes a lot of sense, but in arguments its sometimes hard to prove it to others because I didn't have hardcore studies or evidence to show them.

You don't necessary need to feel the vibration inside yourself, as you are mostly giving that energy to the Demon. You need to focus the vibration on the sigil, if you feel the vibration inside you, that's perfectly fine too, just focus on the sigil. You don't have to memories the affirmations, its okay if you read them.

It's okay if you close your eyes sometimes, but I'll advise to visualize the demon in their fullest power at least, or your goals if you want to aim the ritual for a specific goal of yours.

I have one more question, now that I realize: in the page of the ritual there are 2 sigils shown, one is like a golden ring with letters inside, while the other is a sigil similar to the ones Father Satan has in His JoS page (https://joyofsatan.org/www.angelfire.com/empire/serpentis666/Satan.html). I find it easier to meditate on the latter, does it matter which one I choose to focus on?
I also didn't know I could aim the ritual towards a specific goal of mine, I thought this was only to give Neberius my energy and that's about it . I'll see what I can do.

You don't necessary need to aim it towards a goal, you'll earn respect from them anyways, by doing the rituals for them. You give them, and than they give it back to you in some forms. They know what you need, so by doing these rituals, you can't go wrong.

While vibrating the runes, and stating the affirmations, focus on the sigil with a shenu ring, that has letters inside, when you are done with the ritual, you can meditate on the Demon's sigil (the other sigil).

Alcohol is literal poison and damages your organs, same with most other drugs outside of weed, this manifests spiritually by harming your soul.

Weed however, like alcohol and every other harmful drug alters your state of mind, making you easier to influence. This also manifests spiritually making you easier to curse

Tobacco should be stayed away from because it blocks the breath and causes cancer while also containing literal poison in a lot of cases, such as cigarettes. Again damaging your physical body which damages your soul as well

While this is not something to worry about when sipping some coffee or tea, it is a fact to consider. These are safer and much milder for consumption, yes, but anything in excess is bad. And yes, both of the above actually alter one's state of mind by stimulating the central nervous system.

In fact, even if only sipping coffee or tea there may be side effects to consider, depending on the amount.

While caffeine seems to generally be safe, and even beneficial in low doses (200-300mg) after more research it seems that even at daily doses of 400mg or roughly 4 cups of coffee one can start experiencing negative side effects, such as increased blood pressure, unstable bladder, urinary incontinence, and may even reduce calcium absorption. It also seems that in youth doses of 1000mg a week may be linked to behavioural problems and increased anxiety and depression, particularly in women.

Women in early pregnancy should severely limit or stop caffeine intake as it seems to be linked to increased miscarriage risks even at doses of 300mg:

You are right, that's my bad. I should have looked into it a bit more before posting. Caffeine definitely has an impact on your central nervous system and alters brain function.

I think you should never even consider drinking energy drinks. Not only the massive amount of caffeine, but also sugar is very overstimulating, both usually exceeding daily intake limits. They also contain niacin, which is vitamin B3, but it is again exceeding daily intake limits, which can lead to literal liver and nerve damage. Then there is also taurine, which is an amino acid that also enhances neurological pathways. But again as with niacin, too much of that is not a good thing, as it can have a negative effect on the brain.

Now consider this, you should never drink more than ONE energy drink a day, even as adult. That's the official statement. Then take into account how many energy drinks these irresponsible kids and teenagers can drink in a day. And the cherry on top is, the really "cool" kids drink energy drinks with vodka, or other alcohol, even though it is clearly stated on the can that you should NEVER mix it with alcohol. Then you have guys in their 30s walking into hospitals complaining they have "inexplicable" chest pains and extremely fast heart rate. Maybe look into your lifestyle and think what could the cause be?
