No, not consistently. We are built to be active during the day.

While it is possible to get and hold better 'health stats' by consistent practice of the 8-fold path, it does not fully compensate for the fact that it is not a healthy way to live.

You could probably do it for a little while but after 6 months or a year you're going to notice deficiencies in your body from not getting sun exposure.

I don't think you can get enough vitamin D just from your diet. Sunlight causes the body to produce that vitamin, the vitamin is not contained in the light itself, contrary to popular belief. Just like plants I think we need sunlight.. your skin will lose its pigment and become "clear". You can trust your gut but as someone who went without sunlight for long periods of time I would never voluntarily do so again. The grass may very well be greener on the other side, maybe you're meant to do this as part of your evolution. Just be mindful of the effects it's having on you. Sometimes we know better than anyone else what's best for ourselves.

You could try this. And ask to be given the answer in some way that you will be able to understand. Regardless of your senses or abilities, all people are able to receive messages from the gods. It may be in the form of you being drawn to pay attention and notice some type of symbol that you will recognize and that will mean something to you. And the gods can ensure that you will notice it, you will understand it, and you will know that it has this meaning.

The actual symbol could be anything in the world. It could be you repeatedly hearing a certain name or word unexpectedly in conversations in the next few days, it could be an animal like a bird acting strangely and paying close attention to you, it could be you seeing a certain number repeatedly, it could be you end up hearing a song or reading a sentence that contains the message. It could be anything, but you will notice it and understand it when it happens.

More cleaning is always worth it, save for situations where you have exhausted yourself.

Cleaning is a lifelong, maybe even eternal process, aspect of advancement. In reality, it should be called "purification", as cleaning makes it sound like just a quick wash. You want your soul deeply purified, which takes time, but is fundamental to our path.

More cleaning is always worth it

I had a feeling that is the case. Which is why I want to incorporate runes into my daily purification.

But I am somewhat uncertain how to do that effectively. The JoS webpage states that Gebo, for example, is to be vibrated 7 times (or a multiple of 7) because it's the 7th letter of the runic alphabet.

Then in some rituals (such as Wealth for Satanists, or Azazel's Ritual) for example, we're instructed to vibrate Algiz, Sol, & Ansuz 10 times (or multiples of 10). The point I'm trying to make is that those letters obviously aren't the 10th letter of the runic alphabet. So why does 10 work for those rituals/spells? Is it because 10 is a number of completion? Can 10 repetitions be applied to all rituals/spells?

The main question on my mind is 'How can the optimum number of repetitions for a given working be determined'?

If there is a 'one-size-fits-all' answer, please tell me. If the answer is highly dependent on the specific working, I'll try to explain 2 scenarios.

So I reckon it might be worth using Ansuz & Ehwaz in a daily working.

Although, I'm unsure what the best course of action is. Should I just do 4 RTRs a day instead of 2 (for example)? Or should I be in contact with Demons and learn from them? If being in contact with Demons is far better than just doing more RTRs, how should I go about learning from them and being in contact? I'd want to be their conduit. Do I use Ansuz & Ehwaz, invoke indigo color, meditate on their sigils, chant their names? I am totally uncertain how to go about it in the best way possible.

As far as a "one-size-fits-all" solution, this is most likely the number 10, which relates to union and aspects of stability, making it good for creation. Although 8 relates to this in some ways, it is more related to power. There is much more to this than what I wrote here, but these are some simple distinguishing items.

Although Algiz has some relation to cleaning, as it connects to "divine patterning", this is mostly used for protection, rather than cleaning. Other mantras used for cleaning can be Visuddhi or Laguz, with Laguz being used for "detoxing", whereas Surya burns everything.

I am not sure how Visuddhi compares, but I think it has more of a balanced approach to cleaning, if it is related to the air element, like Ansuz. Visuddhi is close in spelling to Visudda, the name of the throat chakra, which is said to translate to "pure".

As far as what you should use, I think it is fine to keep it simple and start with Surya. As far as what numbers to use, I think 108 is fine, although there has been some confusion or "controversy" about it. Personally, I would just use 111 instead. 6 and 7 relate to cleanliness and purity, respectively, so you can use multiples of these.

36 and 111 relate to the Sun, and these can be used for cleaning, especially with Solar mantras.

If you use multiple runes, then you chant them in a manner like (Sowilo + Ansuz) = 1 rep, then go up to one of the above numbers. As you asked about using Surya + Sol + Algiz, it would be better to just separate this into 2 workings, not just for the sake of the numerical basis, but for time. Perhaps you would use one mantra for basic cleaning of the chakras, then another for major purification.

The more cleaning you do, the better, but of course there is a limit here, as besides fatigue, you need to also work on other things like yoga, mind training, empowerment, rituals, and so on.

Part of this is learned through practice and experience, and in that way you may be overthinking a bit. If you follow most agreed-upon guidelines, you should not run into any major problems. As we learn more, and as we become comfortable with the basics, then we can advance upon this.

The Gods' rituals would be a good blend between aiding the fighting against the enemy and also helping you connect to the Gods. In addition to this, you can meditate on their sigils and draw the energy into your chakras, further aiding connection to them. Express your desire for guidance in regards to being effect in this spiritual fight.

4 RTR's is not better if you are neglecting other aspects of your path, such as the other rituals or personal advancement. Our ritual success is based on our personal power. Also, each of these tools serves a different purpose. Communication with the Gods and doing rituals are unique from each other, but both still essential.

You can use runes like Ansuz to aid psychic communication, as well as perhaps Laguz or other water-based runes. Creating a connection to a God and having open psychic pathways are both important, but these take time to develop. A full working is not totally necessary, as they can still contact you through signs or feelings. In reality, you are already being guided by them along a certain path, but it may not be fully obvious to you.

Yes, chanting their names can also be used. You can use this for both empowerment and creating connections, as seen with the Necronomicon meditations.

Lastly, as your soul advances in a general sense, it will be easier to implement and understand their messages. Simply hearing their words is not always enough, as we may not fully realize the implications of what they told us to do or change. In this way, personal development is crucial, and it also lengthens the time it takes for us to develop into proper SS. Therefore, you don't necessarily have to rush your psychic hearing, as this is only one part of overall comprehension.

In this case, oxygen is analogous to energy, as it is like fuel. We can see how the breath of fire oxygenates and empowers the body for this reason.

Disease is the result of imbalance, which is fixed by energy. Although certain aspects of our soul may be inefficient and create negative symptoms, more energy helps up to compensate for this. This is why the Solar part of our soul is the main source of vitality, as it fuels everything.

This solar energy then creates either the yin or yang required for any actions or materials to reverse disease. This is no different than a King with a large royal purse, able to throw money at all problems until they are eventually solved.

There is more nuance to health, such as directing energy into the correct place, or employing balance, but in a general sense, energy=health, which is why that claim about oxygen was made.

Tremendous gratitude for the insight, Blitzkreig. I'll stick to 108 or 111 repetitions of Surya, and also study the numerology section for later use. I'll also perform the God/Demon rituals while expressing my desire to be guided and to be put to good use in the war, however they see fit.

In addition, the book about oxygen instructs people to drink ~0.1% solutions of food-grade hydrogen peroxide as a way to increase oxygen levels. I don't doubt the author's insight. I only wish to see if the JoS community has further insight into the matter. Maybe they know a few extra details not mentioned in the book that can make oxygen treatment more effective. Just a thought. Because the implications are obviously huge. If people don't get sick, pharma-cartels wont reign and Jews will have less power/control over the masses (if my guess is correct).

Thank you for this, I completely missed that Scorpio is a good sign for endings I only noticed Pisces as being good for endings especially if it's 20-30 degrees in the sign. But I asked that question cause those signs are not until the 14th and 28th of september but the moon will be waxing and not wanning and only example of a good date for endings or freeing the soul is not until the 9th of December according to the SS calendar for my country.

I do finish a working on the 8th of September which the moon will still be in the wanning phase and close to the new moon but I'm unsure what other signs besides Pisces and Scorpio would be good for a Munka Working.

If I have this correct, the people of Atlantis were gentiles and worshipped Satan. Then Atlantis fell because there was conflict between its own people which led to them blowing themselves up. Is that true?

If its true, did the Gods try to intervene so that they wouldn't wipe each other out? If yes; why didn't the intervention succeed? If no; why did the Gods allow it to happen?


And relating this to present day, I am under the impression that all nuclear bombs could pop off and wipe us out again like what happened to Atlantis. And allegedly, in the present day, we've been close to this happening already. So yesterday I finished 4-day meditation for opening third eye for the second time. Then and now I didn't feel on my forehead. I was even in trance (maybe not deep trance, but i still was focused and relaxed).

And I am wondering should i continue doing that meditation for more than 4 days or start it again tomorrow or start it in a month?

You need to empower it consistently (preferably when the Moon is strong) and use it to have the Third Eye be fully operational. It being open doesn't mean it is empowered. The 3rd Eye also exists with the 6th, the Pineal, the two side extensions of the 6th and the back extension. hello brothers and sisters, according to today's time, sunrise is at 5:59 AM. I, on the other hand, started yesterday's square at 6:04 this morning. According to them, I missed a day and broke it. or is there at least 10 minutes to sunrise compared to the previous day's planetary time?
so now sunrise is the minute from which the next day begins. or sunrise, when the sun begins to rise, and once it has fully appeared on the horizon, does the next day begin from there?

You missed it. Cutting it close is not a very good idea when talking about squares. Try to do squares during the day or night not as close to when the day changes.

Hola herman@s bueno soy nuevo en estos foros , hace medio año encontré joy of satan , hice mi ritual de iniciación ( dedicación ) , comenze en las meditaciones unos 3 dias y después de eso sentí algo una energía excitante por así decirlo en la base de mi columna, la cosa es que sentía presión en el pecho, excitación, y las veces que me recostaba entraba en parálisis de sueño , aparece una sombra negra en la mayoría de veces , es una mujer, me acaricia pero drena mi energía por mi boca , he preguntado en grupos de FB y un supuesto maestro me dijo que era una súcubo , me describió los síntomas que tenia y le creí . Estoy confundido , que es eso que tengo exactamente quisiera saber .
