Someone recently asked about anger management. I wanted to ask something too but it's a different situation.

Someone I know has trouble feeling anger and aggressiveness. They are always calm and have revealed they never feel either, even if their writing style is aggressive. In person, you can see and feel they have no aggressiveness whatsoever and they just 'love everyone'. This is upsetting for them, as they play a very aggressive team sport, and this lack for aggressiveness and anger makes their performances bad, especially as they are not a natural athlete either. Rather than going aggressively at their target, they hold back because 'they don't to cause any harm', and they fear hurting other people physically.

I don't understand what the issue is astrologically, honestly. Maybe the Libra Moon. Yet they have Jupiter and Pluto in the 9th in Scorpio, which should make them good at sports. Pluto, if anything, just out of pure dedication and deeper emotions. Jupiter because it rules sports and it's in the 9th house of sports... Also, Mars in the 11th in Sagittarius should help them offset the Libra Moon, as it can give aggressiveness, assertiveness and violence in team settings (XI house) and Sagittarius has to do with sports as well.

How to help them from a mental and emotional point of view? Do you have any suggestions?

I’d recommend some other sport for them to try out. I know of some people who needed to have their fire lit inside by going to the gym and gaining confidence in their strength/ability. He could do a sport that requires less physical contact, but it would be better for him to overcome his feelings and realize other kids signed up for the physical contact and competitiveness. Just a few scrapes and bruises.

Check whether they have too much water. And how strong is that Libra moon? Is it prominently placed? Libra placements give a very soft non-aggressive nature as this sign has the opposite energies of Aries.

Working with red energy, fire, the energies of Mars can all offset a lack of martian qualities. That is if they are SS.

Not much water, just those two planets I mentioned. However, Neptune is prominent because it is conjunct their chart ruler, and it's in the 12th. Libra Moon is not prominent, nor very strong, at least from what I can see in the chart.

They do not lack martial qualities. That is what confuses me. He has a lot of tight aspects to fixed stars that even give him military talent/aptitude. Maybe after transiting Neptune has moved away from their first house for good next year this will be rectified. It is also in aspect with the Sun, Mars and the chart ruler. Solar arc Neptune is also in aspect to the Sun, solar arc Saturn to Mars. So, I guess this might be just bad planets at this point in time. (Neptune for 20 years!) That must be it.

I think the prominent Neptune explains it. I know two such people, with Neptune on their chart ruler. Both are very soft (one has put up with a lot of abuse in their life). Neptune on the chart ruler can give some Pisces-like qualities and this is a very weak sign. It basically means the individual is weak in some way as Neptune weakens and the chart ruler represents the individual. The Libra Moon just adds to this especially as you say with being too peaceful (the Moon also rules the emotions and a Libra Moon is about one of the most non-aggressive people you can ever meet as their emotions are often the softer ones).
