Advice about medical condition

Hello,thank you in advance for reading this.
So,long story short is that I had to remove 2 of my teeth from below in long past and the upper ones started to 'go down'. Years passed and now my temporomandibular joint is in a very inflamed.Lately it causes a lot of pain,in last days i had a lot of headaches and it is very upsetting when i try even to talk,eating , vibrating for rituals and meditating causes a lot of discomfort.
I know the solution,but it requires a lot of money for dental aid and i can start to work in maybe 2 months.

My question is:Is there any meditation or solution that i can use for temporary easy the pain ? I also thought about using anti-inflammatory drugs,but before i start,I wanted to ask you.
What would you do in my situation?

I would get emergency treatment because that is literally an emergency. Money is a secondary concern, borrow if you must. Inflammation in the mouth can be fatal.

You probably have an infection of some kind should get it checked out immediately, the anti-inflammatory drugs might relive some pain it won't address the issue long term. If you get your condition checked out and it is a infection of some kind, any prescribed medication to deal with infections will likely destroy your gut biome and cause long term problems. Following any anti-biotic regiment should be followed by rebuilding the biome with probiotics, digestive enzymes, high dose vitamin C, omega 3's and fermented foods. A surprising amount of health conditions are caused by parasits of some kind that could be anything from bacterial, viral, fungal, yeast, or even larger organisms such as worms. A lot of medications to treat one condition cause others by killing the gut biome. I would go to the doctor, because if you are getting headaches it could be something that passed the blood brain barrier.
