Most people are aware that the enemy mixes truth with lies to sell a lie more effectively to people. However, this isn't the only way to weaponize the truth and use it to tell lies.
What you need to be aware of is that even people here, whether they do it accidentally or intentionally, might sometimes speak a message that sounds true to you, or contains a lot of truth within it, but it's not aimed at presenting a point or suggestion that is true. You have to look at the whole of the message and what it means overall when it's considered in its entirety.
You also need to consider the context in which it is being said, why it's being said, and what the person is trying to really say with their message. Putting elements of truth in the message, or pretending to preach a truthful message for the supposed betterment or enlightenment of others, could just be window dressing for what they are truly saying or suggesting. For what purpose are they speaking the truth there? What is the truth being used for, truly, and what is the intent behind saying it? You always need to be mindful of these things, or else you will almost certainly fall prey to manipulation.
Some of the most effective and most malicious liars can even program your mind subliminally by convincing you to accept the entirety of their message because they impressed you with the pretty words and the element of truth in their message that resonated with you. If you accept all of it and affirm the entire message to be true without careful discernment then you risk having your subconscious beliefs altered without you even realizing it.
Just because we have a very cleansed space mostly saturated with truth here doesn't mean you can let your guard down. You must always guard your mind against lies and subtle manipulation. It can take a trained mind to see these things clearly which comes from discipline and learning what to look for.
