Hello there , so Imma keep this short, I started meditating 2 years ago ( 2021 november something like that ) but thing is I am confused about these 2 things , how are you suppose to feel or see the chakra or aura ? Like I am just imagining it and trying to see myself but am I supposed to actually see them or ? I don t really know if I am actually going into a light / medium / deep trance but probably light even though I am meditating daily for like 30 minutes ( sometimes a bit lower like 25 )
Also , is there a problem if I do Hatha yoga with a timer but on my phone ?
