Hello there , I was wondering about 2 things, should I do breathing exercises after yoga or before yoga ? I usually do like 20 Minutes yoga session
2. What meditation position should I do for entering a trance and even if I don t go into a deep and just a light trance , I can still say the affirmations I need right ? For example I say this everyday after some time when I am meditating
( "speed of light x8 times , each one of my chakras is spinning at the speed of light, my aura is very powerful and is protecting me at all times x10 , I am breathing in powerful energy that is attracting me a lot of free and easy money in a very positive way x10 , I am breathing in powerful energy into my aura that is attracting extremely large amounts of free and easy money to me ")
