A little bit lost on the way

Is there a way for me to communicate with Satan? I can't really find anything on the website, maybe I don't know where to look. I remember I did this after I did the ritual in 2013 but I can't remember how. I had depression for a few years and didn't meditate for a long time because I was just an empty shell because of the antidepressants. I really want to communicate that I am back and I will start working. I was thinking about doing the ritual of dedication again so I can express my thoughts, feelings and intentions but I don't think it's alright to do it more than once.

In my opinion redoing the dedication is unnecessary, the truth is Satan knew you would struggle as the Gods can read us like a book, and so doubtless he understands I would however suggest first start by simply praying to Satan while staring at his sigil on the JoS website and then say that you want to take the path seriously and that you request his help and guidance in doing so and then start doing the 40 day meditation for beginners course, and after finishing the 40 day course doing Satan's absolution ritual on the JOS ritual page and while staring at his sigil in the bottom the page express either verbally or in your head what you want to say to him, as by this point your commitment will be stronge

And I would suggest doing 1 God ritual a day, they are very powerful and bring you much closer to the Gods once you have completed the 40 day course.

Try just talking to him no fancy ritual just plain talking

Hello, there are many ways to communicate with him. You could write down your thoughts and topics on a sheet of paper and then do a Standard Ritual (don't worry if you don't have the ideal candles or incense, these are just formalities). Writing on a sheet of paper helps you to ease your mind and organise your thoughts.

Another way is to focus on His sigil and reach a trance state, where you can talk to Him. If you are not yet able to go into trance, you can talk to Him anyway, He will hear you. It's just not certain that you will hear His answer; for this you should have your psychic centres open and empowered. Trance helps with visions and sounds, but for many reasons it may not always be accessible.

Before talking to Him you can also perform His Absolution Ritual.

After a meditation session just imagine his sigil and express your feelings and gratitude. You may be blown away by his energy. Keep the gods close to your heart and stay straight on your path.
