Sorry for the double message. I just realized I didn't include that I am also doing the full chakra meditation in my daily practice after preforming each of the chakra openings, of course
Hello everyone . This is my first time posting here but I've been aware of your clergy since I was 16 years old and preformed the dedication ritual- for reference I am now 29 years old.
I had several life complications that prevented me from having the privacy to seriously dedicate myself to a strict regimen such as being raised mormon in southern Texas, abusive partnerships, getting long covid that resulted me developing POTs and having a stroke at 26.
Two years ago I got my own place alone, started working a job that has provided me with a lot of free time (I won't disclose the job for privacy reasons for now) and this has blessed me with the opportunity to truly dedicate myself in advancing my soul.
When I was 16 I preformed all of the chakra openings but for a good several years I had to stop due to the life complications I mentioned above.
July this year I started the 40 day program and didn't really stop and just slowly added more to it- for reference this is my current daily practice:
-Cleansing aura
-Aura of protection in the morning
-Void meditation for 5 minutes
-Yoga breathing 8 rounds
-Advanced chakra spinning
-Hatha yoga
-Kundalini Yoga (currently reduced to 45 movements as aposed to the 108)
-3rd eye meditation for 7 minutes
-cleanse aura
-aura of protection
-Void meditation 5 minutes
-Yoga breathing 8 rounds
Obviously I am well beyond the 40 days so I guess my question is; how would you manage my program for efficiency? I saw several people in the forum mention stopping the program it's self but continue meditating daily. Is doing the 40 day program every day necessary?
Thank you
