Sorry for the double message. I just realized I didn't include that I am also doing the full chakra meditation in my daily practice after preforming each of the chakra openings, of course

Hello everyone . This is my first time posting here but I've been aware of your clergy since I was 16 years old and preformed the dedication ritual- for reference I am now 29 years old.

I had several life complications that prevented me from having the privacy to seriously dedicate myself to a strict regimen such as being raised mormon in southern Texas, abusive partnerships, getting long covid that resulted me developing POTs and having a stroke at 26.

Two years ago I got my own place alone, started working a job that has provided me with a lot of free time (I won't disclose the job for privacy reasons for now) and this has blessed me with the opportunity to truly dedicate myself in advancing my soul.

When I was 16 I preformed all of the chakra openings but for a good several years I had to stop due to the life complications I mentioned above.

July this year I started the 40 day program and didn't really stop and just slowly added more to it- for reference this is my current daily practice:

-Cleansing aura
-Aura of protection in the morning
-Void meditation for 5 minutes
-Yoga breathing 8 rounds
-Advanced chakra spinning
-Hatha yoga
-Kundalini Yoga (currently reduced to 45 movements as aposed to the 108)
-3rd eye meditation for 7 minutes
-cleanse aura
-aura of protection
-Void meditation 5 minutes
-Yoga breathing 8 rounds

Obviously I am well beyond the 40 days so I guess my question is; how would you manage my program for efficiency? I saw several people in the forum mention stopping the program it's self but continue meditating daily. Is doing the 40 day program every day necessary?

Thank you

It's really a great thing that you're able to be here today. I wish you my best wishes in advance!

The important thing is that you now have the opportunity to advance spiritually and be able to pursue your spiritual desires, lots of luck in this!

The soul records spiritual progress in a minimum of 40 days which is a basic cycle (then yes, there are particular situations such as witches' sabbaths, but now there is no point in talking about it). Which is why consistency is important.

Regarding consistency, I really can't help but link you to this sermon, which is really very useful and has helped me personally a lot:

There is also another thing that I find to be really very important: the support of the Gods, their guidance is truly fundamental for our advancement. Here's another thing that I find very useful, read this:

I have seen SS here who refuse to get in touch with the Demons, wanting to do things themselves. With all due respect, this is like the typical 2 year old who wants to be independent and do things, but they either make a mess, or break something. Satan and his Demons know us better than we know ourselves: they know our past, our fate, our karma, and our future. They want to help us, they want us to advance, evolve, overcome obstacles and issues, and perfect ourselves. Don’t ignore them. With some of the things I have been helped with, I had no idea there even was a problem. Like Amon Ra who randomly came to me and attuned something in my soul. I have always remained open to guidance from Satan and his Demons.

If you feel the need for guidance, but are unsure of what exactly, or maybe you just want to feel closer to Satan and the Demons, one idea is to have a look at our SS Calendar and see whose week it is. Meditate on their sigil, read their description on the JoS. One visualization exercise I do is seeing their sigil in my mind but in their candle color, and with their plants or anything next to it, and even incorporate their element if possible. Sort of like a fancy 3D portrait, the better your visualization and imagination, the better the portrait. And do this every 5 or so days for each one, through the year. At least 10 Demons have come to me from me just doing this exercise, or they at least quickly sent me a small piece of advice.

Even from personal experience, the Gods help us a lot for our advancement and progress. When I had serious consistency problems I called Lord Anubis. I did this because I once asked him if he could help me with my consistency problems, and he agreed (Anubis is really kind and thoughtful).

However, the Gods will not "control your body" as if you were a puppet to make you meditate; everything starts with you: from your good will to improve and from your concrete actions to build your best future. But if you say that you are already working, it is really very happy news and I wish you the best! I hope I helped you!

That, program helped me, in so many ways, and on many levels.
I wouldn't mind using, it again. 1. It, helped me, get back into yoga,
And, I was able to get back in shape, from that. 2. It got me, into a meditative, mind frame, learned to relax, and go into a good void meditation, 3.. it improved my breathing exercises, for Kundalini.
And got me back, on the dance floor. And , it improved my personalty.
And, it wakes up uour mind. 4. It improved my posture, I even lost wait,
And I eat better. Sleep, much better. And, I wake up in the mornings, feeling better. And, I still use and follow, that program. It', is now apart, of my daily program. ☕🙂
