#814 is ancient forum right wing after all?

I've seen posts saying Spiritual Satanism is right-wing. I am not leftist and right winger. I thought satanism was beyond political. It would be best if guardian or hp could clarify it

Some members like to make such statements, but HPHC has stated in the past that JoS as an organization is above these issues as our task is much more beyond politics. From a Spiritual Satanist viewpoint, politics are a consequence, not a cause for change, after all.

Hello, I'm the one who said that SS is right wing and I feel I should clarify what I meant.

It was in a thread where someone asked why the people here voted for Trump.

What I meant is not that Spiritual Satanism follows a certain political party, but it is aligned with a certain sort of values, and these are more often referred to as "right-wing". Values like being against race mixing, drugs and degeneracy, admiring Hitler, accepting that jews control the government and push marxism and being proud of your race are commonly considered right-wing. I don't think anyone who isn't a SS would look at the Satanic Ethics section on JoS as well as the other JoS sites like the 666 Black Sun and proclaim "that's a bunch of left-wingers!". Of course, all that is commonly thought of as "right-wing".

If you are the person who asked why people voted for Trump, it should be obvious that Trump is more aligned to these values than Kamala is. Since you used the word "homophobic" (which is a leftist buzzword and not used by anyone other than the far left) I felt the need to clarify that leftist/marxist values aren't commonly accepted in Spiritual Satanism.

Again, my whole point was about values, not necessary politics.

As Henu accurately replied above. Also, politics isn't for everyone and that's fine. We are all individuals here, and not all of us are American anyway, so these American phrases don't even apply to everyone.
