When it comes to China and Taiwan, a full-on invasion would spark major U.S.-China military escalation and drag in allies like Japan and Australia. The Ukraine-Russia war probably won’t start WW3, but if NATO troops ever get directly involved? Different story. Although, this war has dragged into a grinding stalemate if you ask me. Both sides are exhausted at this point.
Israel’s conflict with Gaza, Hezbollah in Lebanon, and increasing tension with Iran are all peaking. If Iran and Israel go toe-to-toe directly, it drags in the U.S. and potentially Saudi Arabia or other Gulf states.
Venezuela, Syria, and other regional powder kegs are more likely to remain proxy or regional conflicts IMO.

With Natal U.S and current transits, the U.S. is not heading for a traditional global war, but it’s definitely heading for a war of realities. Pluto in Aquarius trine Gemini AC, which may weaponize media, information, and collective thinking. The transit starts in 2025 and hits hard around 2026–2028.
In about 2030-2032, Jupiter, Saturn, and Uranus are all hitting critical degrees. If there’s going to be a war escalation, this is definitely a major window.
