Sometimes I think I disappoint the Gods, not because of blasphemy or anything like that I love them too much for that but because of my decisions and how I carry my life but I don't smoke or drink and I'm active here and do my meditations.

We are always afraid of disappointing the Gods because we think the Gods are here to judge us and possibly condemn us. But no. The Gods are here to guide and support us. Follow their teachings and do not experience their love for you with anxiety.

This is like thinking you are "disappointing the President by being a bad citizen". The Gods care just like a leader cares about his people, but they are not emotionally affected by our bad decisions, they have better things to do.
You should want to improve for your own sake. While this attitude can perhaps lead you to improve, based on how I see it this is only leading you towards further self-hate. Development usually comes from a framing of self-love, because the wide majority of bad habits come from a sense of lack, considering oneself undeserving, or engrained habitual beliefs about oneself like "I'm just lazy" or "I'm just a bad person." This simply becomes a self-fulfilling loop.

Why not? They have emotions just as we do, and when a mistake happens by us, for example, there is a reaction, of course. I think it is silly to state otherwise. But you are right in that they are not moved in a sense that they are what they are, and they do what they do regardless of us.

I heard many people on here, saying that they feel distant from, not liked by or despised by the Gods. Most often I found out, those feelings are the same feelings those people feel for themselves. They don't love themselves, they feel as unworthy, so they project this idea on the Gods.
If the Gods would be really disappointed with us, we would not have this forum nor a Priesthood, etc.
Your life may be not perfect, but honestly who has a perfect life here? Is there anyone please living perfect here? Speak out.

I have made many mistakes, but I never felt any kind of hate from the Gods for this. Indeed, they simply corrected me to find a better way.
Would you hate your son/daughter if his/her life is not perfect, or would you be wiling to help and give advice out of compassion?
