Meditations #76691 Adding new things to my meditation programme.

Hello, siblings in Satya!

Here is my meditation routine:
(I wrote every thing in the order I do.)

Mornings:
Hatha yoga, aura cleaning, chakra breathing. Sometimes aura of protection if I have more time.
I can't vibrate mantras, runes etc. in the mornings. I don't want my family to hear.
Note: I can't do more meditation in the mornings because of my family :(

Evenings:
Aura cleaning with RAUM (I vibrate 111 or more.)
Aura of protection with ALGIZ, SOWILO and TIWAZ. (I vibrate 20 times each.)
Chakra spinning + breathing + full chakra meditation.
Kundalini yoga
(And sometime Mer Ka Ba + aura empowering meditation.)

Sometimes I also do one of the our Gods' rituals.

I've been doing these for a long time. I think I need more because I feel these are not enough and I feel I am hungry for energy.

What can I add to my program? Thank you for your help! Have a nice day.
 
What can I add to my program?

You don't have to look at your program as a space where you have to add things. Try to make this process come naturally to you. For example, one day when I was meditating on the chakras, it came to me naturally that I wanted to do a certain thing with the syllable TH. I didn't try to forcibly add it to the program. It just came naturally to me. Try to think about what's good for you now and not what you could ideally add to a program.
