Hello, I have the first house in the signs of libra and scorpio and the moon in the first house in the sign of libra, if I understand correctly Pluto is the ruler of the chart and the moon is my co-ruler, but what about libra?

Another thing is that I have 2 more planets in ruling signs, do they also rule my chart?

My last question is whether HPS Lydia is still offering a chart reading service, because I have the forces of Saturn very much opposing what I understand, Pluto, not only in sign but in house as well.

If your 1st house begins in Libra, then Venus and Saturn are your rulers. The Moon is your coruler if it's in the 1st house. Pluto is not your ruler if your 1st house is in Libra.

Saturn does not rule Libra, only Venus does.

To the OP, if Pluto is in your 1st house then it is a co-ruler; or if Scorpio is intercepted in your 1st.

There will be much more information soon, I am working on this :)

If you have the first house between Libra and Scorpio, it means that the cusp of the first house is in Libra, and therefore your ruler is Venus. Pluto is your co-ruler only if it is in your first house or if the sign of Scorpio is intercepted in the first house. Intercepted means completely contained within it.
