Is Pluto in conjunction with the ascendant at 0° but in the 12th house to be considered co-ruler?
What importance can it take on in a birth chart?
Are planets that are in 29° to be considered as belonging to the next sign or not?

How can those with intercepted signs activate them and what does an intercepted sign mean for Satanists? Because I know it is some kind of karmic punishment in that area but obviously that source is not from JoS and I wanted to get JoS's own opinion on what he thinks.

Also I have seen some stellium within an intercepted sign, in that case how does one interpret that? What problems or advantages (if any) can it bring to the theme owner?
When activated during transients or progressions what does it lead to?


I have also seen that some have much larger houses than others, based on what does this happen?

If a planet is in 12th 29° and in conjunction with the 0° AC it might be very likely a planet all person's life revolves around. Being conjunct with the AC makes planet very important. For example those with Mercury might literally study all their life, not being able to stop reading books and studying subjects. And, if other signs fuels this, their addiction might bring them to academia.

So yes, the planet on 29° can play for the next house too because it is in conjunction with the cusp of the last. I can relate that even if it conjuncts the cusp from the other side - if it is in 0° - even then it might and will play for the previous neighbor house as well.

Intercepted houses without planets are usually those either seen as completely problematic and unrealizable or generally absent / deliberately rejected spheres in our lives. For example person with intercepted Libra might not have any desire even to consider any partnership, even business one. These might very likely be spheres we do not very much want in our lives at all.

As for intercepted signs with planets, let alone stelliums, depending on other aspects, these signs might on the contrary attract our very close attention. I saw cases where such sign was seen as the most important sphere of life at all.

As for transitions and progressions these are to be analyzed in accordance with the character of the transitioning / progressing planet and the exact sphere of the stellium. The sign and house topic will be definitely triggered but the influence depends upon the transiting planet.
