Hello, is having Saturn retrograde in birth chart good thing? I read it in jos website but i don't get it.
I have two questions.
Does it mean my Saturn transit will be worse than people who doesn't have Saturn retrograde?
Does it mean when Saturn goes in retrograde everytime it's energies will affect me

You have to take the whole chart into picture. Where abouts ie Saturn Retrograde in your chart? Is it your main ruler or is it in another house like the 6th of health or what?

Just looking at the retrograde planet in ones chart doesn't explain anything, you must take the whole chart to better understand its influences upon you.

it is not simple as that to answer these questions.
to know how saturnian effects work on you there's more to be considered and to be understood!
like saturn sign it self, aspects "degrees are of huge important here" and in which house you have!
my answer will be more of an advice.
