İ can direct energy to every one of my chakras and body parts. When it comes outside of my body, it is difficult to direct it. I tried to invoke 5-6 breaths of fire element and direct it but failed.


What is the best visualization technique to direct energy and elements?

How do you visualise the energy when you direct it to the target person? and for how much time?
What do you do after completing the 3rd step, keep visualising the desired outcome?
