Meditation may have contributed. But it could be simply that the time wasn't right then, and it is now. Around age 19-23, most women's bodies are fully developed and able to give birth to healthy babies, but only after 26 to early 40s hormones start to cause ''baby fever'' and in this time range women have the strongest sex drive, on average.
For those who don't know, menstruating is not an indicator of the ability to give birth to healthy babies. A 12 year-old or 16 year-old can menstruate and this doesn't mean they can carry a baby & give birth. Even in the best scenario (everyone survives) baby is much more likely to be underdeveloped compared to someone giving birth after 20. There is a higher chance of premature births, neonatal fatalities, stillbirths, infections, etc. It is perfectly normal for a young woman to not be very willing for a pregnancy. Your body will let you know when it is time.
Also! There is a possibility that the belief we were taught in high school, that women have a finite number of eggs, may be overall wrong, recent studies suggest:

Especially as a Satanist who knows that humans are capable of evolving to something greater and immortal, it does not make sense to think we are created with expiration date attached eggs.
What I am trying to say is that there is no need to rush. Consider your life stage and age. But also know that you won't be a perfect parent no matter what you do. If you think you are ready, you are sure that you won't neglect them and you will attend to their needs; you can and you should.
