i plan to get a boob job one day because my breasts are extremely small and for self-esteem reasons...but i keep thinking, it's normal that certain bodies don't accept the silicone prosthesis and end up expelling it...but what about bodies that practice meditation? Wouldn't the chances of the body wanting to throw it out be greater? or meditations would help you recover faster...same thing with nose job, mine is ugly and crooked..

Many men like girls with small breasts.

Most likely, you have problems with self-esteem, which you can improve with the help of a Square of the Sun with an appropriate affirmation.

I do not recommend that you go under the knife of a plastic surgeon.

Breasts increase naturally after childbirth, if you look at photos of women with medium-sized breasts, or with large breasts, in their youth many of them had small breasts that increased after the birth of a child, or children.

I know this is a sensitive topic, and I'm sorry to have to bring it up, but if your breasts are too small, you shouldn't work on making them bigger through surgery, but you should work on accepting your body and your natural beauty.

I am about five feet six inches tall (I had problems with childbirth and development), a long time ago I looked for all kinds of hospital interventions that tried to increase my height, but I didn't find any that were truly effective and promising, so all I had to do was work on myself. From there I had to understand the true meaning of appreciating individual beauty.

I'm telling you so you can understand that I'm not some random guy who writes to you to negatively judge your thoughts: I've been there too, I know what it feels like to not accept yourself. But the truth is that our beauty is individual and defined by our unique characteristics.

It doesn't mean that bigger breasts equal a more beautiful self. The most beautiful self, from an aesthetic point of view, is the natural one. Unless you have severe deformities, you should not consider yourself "defective."

Enlarging your breasts will accomplish nothing except fueling thoughts of low self-esteem in yourself which, however, are not yours, but are simply what you mistakenly attribute to society. But society cannot understand certain more advanced truths, so even if what you attribute to them is realistically appropriate, who cares about their opinion?

For more advanced truth about physical appearance:

Neither your breasts or nose needs a job, but your self acceptance does. We stand for "natural beauty" and not plastic surgeries.

I do not recommend breast augmentation especially if you are planning to get pregnant in the future. These types of procedures - whether it is breast augmentation or reduction - influence the possibility of natural breastfeeding of the child in the future, as it can affect the milk ducts, thus affecting your milk supply. Some women are able to breastfeed after these procedures, however, there is always a risk that the procedure may damage the glandular tissue or nerves responsible for milk flow. Not to mention - cases in which the mammary glands have been damaged, making breastfeeding impossible. They will tell you on the internet that such a procedure does not interfere with breastfeeding, however the statements of the women after the procedure suggest otherwise. Adding to this possible other complications and risks such as infections, lack of sensation, symptoms of implant relocation, etc. The same applies to nasal surgeries - where there is a risk of airway obstruction. There are always some potential risks, side effects and complications involved with plastic surgery or any other surgical.

Women have different breast sizes and shapes, and with it some men will find your small breasts attractive. Look at the reality, many women who have smaller breasts get married. Everyone has their own preferences, so if these are your concerns, don't worry about it. Besides, a woman's beauty is more than just the size of her breasts.

In addition to what has been said, try to think : would your self esteem grow or instead weaken, by knowing - every single day - that what you carry and show in your enlarged tits by surgery is "fake"? At a certain point in your life you may refuse that. I do not think this is easy to surgically reverse.
Many fit athletic women has small breasts. This is in tune with their bodies. Try to imagine a large sized tits woman jumping long or high in athletics, or running/swimming for long distances. Seems not the best advantage to me. Each of us has own strengths that make that person unique.
