3rd dose of COVID vax linked to new variant of HIV

There have been Claims that the third dose of vax is linked to a new variant of HIV in the netherlands.This article tries to claim this is false. However my dad here in the states recently had a positive test for HIV that made us go wtf. He has had only two doses. My very first thought was that if it was true was a contaminated needle as it is also a bloodbourne virus. He retested to be sure and it came back negative again. I am wondering if this was The Gods protection kicking in. I just came across this below and after knowing what happened with my dad's false positive i went O.O!

The claim in this article has been attempted to be debunked....but my dad has done absolutely nothing to risk exposure in anyway to HIV.

I believe the claim is true and does not just count for the Netherlands.

There have been some several false positives flagged back when the first dose of the vaccine was mandated. I do not have proof of this only word of mouth and a random article I read. It is worrying and should have by scientific standards warranted investigation but it was not investigated even in the beginning.

Seriously, the lack of investigation is digusting.
However, would some form of aids not be noticeable in the body though? Apparently the onset of symptoms can take years. If this is a new strain, this is extremely troubling as we have no idea about the symptoms, onset, spread or anything. Also, importantly, how will this affect children, and perhaps even having children from now on?
