Advancement/progress etymologically imply intentional forward movement towards "improvement" but mostly within the surface level realm of the intellect or physical body, socially or technologically etc., or some similar parameter.

Evolution, I assume, is to say we must transform biologically (and of course spiritually) into a wholly different and fundamentally changed species of "human" such as what Darwinists claim about fish and monkeys and shit except based on reality.

One is a change in stature, the other a complete change in the DNA itself.

What I want to ask is, if one were to eventually evolve to a considerable extent, how can they then relate to and enjoy the company of those many of masses who have yet to evolve?

Just as a man cannot find solace in the company of apes, how can the ape find solace in the company of man?

Ergo, how can one not help but feel more and more alienated, the more and more we advance?

Yes, it is a transmutation to another whole species, and the companionship is that of the Gods and higher beings alike.

We are still of the same Divine root, all of us. The difference between us and them is that they do not know the difference between what is good and what is bad, we do. Compassion as said above but I'll add that sympathy towards the lower mind would be a good mindset to have.

With compassion.
My compassion has only been met with betrayal, disrespect, and time wasted.

Yes, but do you not feel a fundamental disconnect?

Before you think about these things, you must accumulate money and accomplish feats that even the "monkeys" will applaud.

Conquer a piece of the world; when you're truly evolved, you'll be in the company, in real life, of beings as good or better than you.
___________________________________ Now, assuming you're living with unpleasant people, that means you haven't yet projected your potential to the point where it's enough to get you out of the "monkey" company. What you have then is still potential, not action.

Remember that you don't have to be good to someone who is extremely inferior.
You certainly do it, or try to improve, if you feel the need to be good.
Virtue has an end here, the end is to alleviate your discomfort and reduce the confrontation to nothing with tolerance.

But if you really didn't need it, you wouldn't be there for it.
In other words, you wouldn't have to worry about virtues.

Not worrying about virtues because you don't need to practice them is much better than forcing yourself to practice them.

My compassion has only been met with betrayal, disrespect, and time wasted.
I was referring to understanding the situation and plight of fellow human beings who are yet to awaken and embark on the spiritual path.

I realised after I hit send, and that is what I do as well, but it's hard to respect them or feel a connection on an individual basis. My idealism regarding the potential of humans as a collective, however, is another matter.

Al Jilwah: Chapter IV

"It is my desire that all my followers unite in a bond of unity, lest those who are without prevail against them." - Shaitan
