What do you recommend for unstoppable thoughts (obsessive)? I have been practicing emptiness meditation every day for a few months now, but so far I haven't seen any benefits...
I once had a friend who was experiencing the same situation as you. I healed him completely with the ISA Rune myself. It helps in void meditation as written on the site. Use it the right way, focus on the affirmation that is most appropriate for your needs, your goal is NOT to block all your thoughts, otherwise you would become stupid and unable to think and have ideas, and you want it to happen in a positive way for you, and you don't want to obsessively fixate on just one thought, to become obsessive and get sick, etc.
What you want to do is focus and calm your mind from certain thoughts, in the most correct and healthy way possible, to gain greater concentration at the right times. In any case, there are different types of void meditation, the one that was easiest for me at the beginning to start progressing was this one:
"Focus on a specific texture, for example, running your fingers back and forth across velvet or a terry towel"
Try the different options to see which one is easiest for you to get started with, but that's just my personal recommendation. For me, the physical sensation of touch was easier to use than looking at a small object.
