when invoking energy such cleaning my aura, programming my ajra to protect me, i feel the energy and i have full control over it an my intention is to be connected to it.
On the other hand for working for example on influencing someone elses aura, i have trouble understaning the process.

How can i control energy without being connected to it ?
How do i program someone elses energy and how do you evoke energy in someone.

The mind has the ability to direct energy, this can be done through sensation (feeling the energy) and through visualization (seeing the energy as if you were visually imagining it).

People who have difficulty visualizing for example can start by feeling the energy, others who are less sensitive can be able to visualize it and less able to feel it. If someone can't do either, they can imagine feeling it until the imagination becomes more and more concrete, or visualize it without trying too hard and doing their best until the visualization gets better with practice.

The fact is that when you program someone's aura and stuff like that, you are directing energy through visualization. It's a method. As you meditate doing your best, you will learn to manage these methods better and you will be more sensitive to the energy and it will be easier for you to visualize it. To answer you, it is through these two methods that energy is directed. Sometimes you may even need to use both methods.

Yes, I know some do. They visualize the person and vibrate the Runes inside their soul, it's a common thing. I've never done it and I can't tell you how effective it is based on personal experiences, but yes, it exists as a method.
