To add to what Oly said - when we start to notice, for example, the number 666, this number would probably have been there already anyway, but we have started to notice things in our awakening. It's like a light bulb being a bit brighter, that we notice it. Our sight has been cleared a bit, so we can see it more obviously. That number would have been there already anyway, but you might have been directed towards it or someone else might have been directed to do something which caused that number to be there.
After seeing certain relevant numbers (and words) a lot which were there already anyway, whatever they could mean to me has not increased any happenings, nor decreased any happenings, on their own. Me just seeing them is either me and/or a mental attack against me, like I noticed it, then it was turned into an attack to be used against me, but a lot of the time it is not an attack; it is just our Mind grabbing hold of something... and all of this (possibly with the extra oomph of an attack) plants the seed of worry which sends energy to...whatever it is...which helps to manifest a thing. As I said, in having seeing these numbers (and words), the seeing of them haven't increased nor decreased events taking place.
Even if being injured was an actual deliberate occurrence against you on that particular date - what will seeing/realising that number cause to happen? Just irrelevant over-thinking and confusion and worry, in order to manifest a bad thing, directing our energies to somewhere other than where we want them to be directed. Our Minds and energies are valuable resources. We shouldn't squander them. For me, and I suspect for most people who seem to "have to" go through this learning curve, it just was/is worry and bad/wrong focus/concentration/attention, which is...frankly, stupid to do. Void, void, void and then void more.
As for the health part of it - I was just thinking about this recently, that an old woman I used to know said that she was on...medicine...for back pain. She went to a doctor who actually knew what he was doing (believe it or don't) and sort of hugged her, but not really. He just did something his arms around her and squeezed and moved/rearranged her back into position, and she said that that was much better and permanent than all other things she tried.
I would recommend certain physical activities/exercises, but that might aggravate the problem. Instead, I think you should go see a specialist who knows what they are doing.
