the future isn't entirely positvie..you could do one thing different and it could change your path enitrely. i use and own one my self and they have always been extremly accurate..but the entities could also do things to scare you to turn your path from where you're headed. like for example...

yes i believ it is. some people were born with this natral gift me and my fincee both have this. only i have the gift for healing and he has the gift of destrution as well. :)

it could have alot to do with nightmares.. i had the same issue...i still struggle with it a little. but i normally just meditate if i awake in the night from it.

try doing some meditations to calm yor mind before you try to sleep.. the pain may be from where your body isn't getting and nutrients from the starvation ordeal...there are a few things to start you out..let me know how that helps..

i went through the same thing, lost who is now my fiancee for almost 2 years because of it...most of them won't understand but if you put it as nicely as possible...like sugar coat it or you could lie about it..i've done both and i had to lie about it before i could sugar coat it.

meditate...focaus on the air going through your third eye...you should start to feel the air. then you will probably feel like from your temples up is pulling away...see how well this works for you...it worked very well for me but every person is different.
