One single chemical or hormone does not explain behavior to this degree, the matter is more complex.

To an extent, this can be true, unless other factors offset it. It is true that most people have this kind of mentality, but there are more reasons to it than "low testosterone". At the end of the day, genetics and your physical characteristics will reflect your repeated habit actions (right now, but also across generations or lifetimes), which started as thoughts, which started as energy.
The real issue with this statement is it does not touch upon core reasons why people act this way, which is at the thought level: having their thinking programmed. Instead, it uses a rather shoddy reason for this mentality, which as you pointed out, does not always apply.

In America, being able to vote required community service by being part of the Bucket Brigade which was being a fire fighter. Since they didn't have pumps and hoses and fire trucks, all they had was running with buckets of water. Isn't it more so about conformity and fear-based decision making? Which women are definitely more prone to. Not unanimously, but generally, they are more security conscious in a way masculine/dominant men are not.

Although I think there is far more to the picture such as one's cognitive behavioural patterns for example, as some people are naturally rebellious in their thinking but still prefer social harmony anyway.

In a sensible and functional society conformity isn't "as much" of a bad thing, but it does make them very susceptible to modern day social programming tactics, which is one reason why they were "given" the vote.

I meant that intellect and genius are absolutely not hampered in any way by natural beauty and frailness, but in woman's case rather helped by it because the more person celebrates their real nature = the more free is the flow of their genial energies.
