I usually do a working during corpse pose right after KY, but these days I’m staying in a house with others and I have to do yoga in a room with other people who might be there, then I fold my mat, lock myself in my bedroom and do my working, is this okay or should I do the corpse pose right after?

The point of corpse pose or just laying still is to amplify your energies. That doesn't happen if decide to do something else right after yoga for like 30 minutes and then decide to do corpse pose.

What working are you doing?

Within 2 minutes, you're good. Preferably less than 1. From my own experience.

Btw, you don't need to do corpse after KY, only after hatha. HPS Maxine has written on this too, years ago in the yahoo forum. After KY you just need to sit still and relaxed, keeping your spine still. Even sitting on a couch is fine. So after doing KY you can sit up on your bed or whatever, wait a few minutes to get the buzz going, then do your working while the buzz is fresh.

I'm sorry to disturb you, but what poses would you suggest to someone who has a back injury.

You're not disturbing me at all :)

I am not qualified nor have the experience in this, so I would advice speaking to a yoga instructor about this. There are a lot of online resources for back injuries and yoga.

However, I would recommend to look into Pilates, it is helpful for back injuries. I have known people who were healed from their back injuries from pilates. And then once your injury is healed, then you can go further into yoga.

That's really all I can suggest.

Hello, im sorry to reply in this post, im not familiar to this format of writing messages, i dont really know how to make a post either, so all i can do is reply to the newest one. ive been reading this website for the past 2 days and my expectatives were to find a stupid website made by edgy people, but what ive read comes to be very similar to the conclusions ive made with my own personal research. I want to ask if there is a more accesible way of talking with members, like a discord server.
im very sorry for having to reply like this

Thank you very much Lydia, I tried what you said, focusing on my spine for a few minutes until I get the buzz, as I fall into a trance, it worked very well.
